Ice Cream Makes History More Fun
Hannah Spiegelman is an ice cream maker and historian who writes a blog called, “A Sweet History”. She researches historical figures and events to create her ice cream flavors. Charcoal ice cream with pomegranate swirl represents the underworld and Persephone from Greek mythology. Stonehenge inspired a vanilla flavor with honey, oats and hazelnuts. Now I’m hungry!
