A fire that broke out in an apartment building, in Fushun City China, had trapped 14 people on the 3rd floor. 19 year-old Lan Junze, was working at a construction site, and heard their screams. He rushed to the rescue with a crane! Using his skill with the crane, he lowered everyone to safety.
