If you noticed a few hundred birds of prey circling, you may have witnessed the largest falconry gathering on Earth. The King Abdul Aziz Falconry Festival in Saudi Arabia, drew 1,723 birds! The 10 day event included races, hunting and training techniques, a photography competition, and even a beauty pageant for the best-looking bird!
