New 3-Dimensional Shape Discovered

Cube. Sphere. Cylinder. Scutoid? The scutoid is a three-dimensional shape that’s sort of like a column, with half of one end chopped off at an angle. Scientists observed the odd shape in a computer model, then found the shape wherever developing cells have to connect on a curve. Your body is full of scutoids!
