Oh, I Just Found a Mastodon Over Spring Break…
10 and 12 year-old boys in Vicksburg Mississippi were wandering through plowed up dirt in their yard when they found a mastodon jawbone! Caid and Shawn Sellers and their cousin Michael Mahaltic pulled the prehistoric bone into the house to show their parents, and a museum confirmed their discovery. The boys plan to keep their exciting fossil!
