Outer Space Metal can Kill Cancer

One of the world’s rarest elements, called iridium, is commonly found on meteorites. It could also be a promising new cure for cancer. Researchers found, the metal can be injected into a cancer cell’s nucleus, then blasted with a laser beam. Photodynamic therapy kills only the cancer cells, and is harmless to healthy cells!
