When Franky Hernandez’s daughter, Alijah, was a toddler, she started watching her dad cut hair in his Texas barbershop. Now Alijah is 7, and is a barber in training! She doesn’t have her license yet, but the tiny barber uses her skills to give haircuts to family and friends. She’s amazing!
