Sikkim Striving for Perfection

The state of Sikkim in India, will soon pay a universal basic income to its citizens. That means each of the over 600,000 residents would get a regular guaranteed cash payment. Sikkim has already successfully banned plastic bags, provided housing for all citizens, and become the first organic state. What a great place to live!
