Yasmin Terou, owner of Yassin’s Falafel House in Knoxville Tennesee, knows a little about kindness. His restaurant was voted the Nicest Place in America last year. He came to the U.S. as a Syrian refugee in 2011. Now, his restaurant is giving free meals to federal workers who aren’t getting paid during the government shutdown!
