Trap Power, Not Extra Heat

Scientists from the US and China, have developed a new kind of solar panel. It collects light from the sun to convert to electricity, like a regular solar panel. But it also beams excess heat back into space! The new panels will allow the infrared light to pass through, instead of trapping extra heat.
