Don’t Step in Mashed Potatoes

A neighborhood in Jackson Mississippi, is no stranger to odd things. Belhaven residents decorate their road signs, and put Christmas trees in the potholes. But the latest wave of pranks is baffling. Someone has been leaving plates of mashed potatoes around! Plates have been found on cars and doorsteps, and inside mailboxes! That’s crazy!
