Officials at the Cinque Terre National Park in Italy, are fed up with rescuing people who go hiking unprepared. The hiking trails above the beaches are difficult terrain, but vacationers often wear flip-flops, then need helicopters to help them down. Now, if you get caught hiking in flip-flops, you might get fined $2000!
