Jack Jump Quick and Nimble Down a Mountain

The world jack jumping championships are taking place today at Mount Snow, Vermont. Jack jumping is a crazy sport where you strap a seat to a ski, stick your legs straight out, lean back, and fly down a snowy slope. Known as Skibock in Europe, the first jack jumps were makeshift transportation for loggers.
