There’s A Better Way is a program in Albuquerque New Mexico that employs homeless people to clean up the city. When 16 year-old Kevin Barber heard about the project, he launched a similar program in San Diego California. Wheels of Change transports homeless people to jobs, beautifying the city and giving them dignity.
