Hello Little Moon

The Moon Planet Center has announced, the Earth has another moon! It’s an asteroid between 6 and 12 feet wide, that got trapped in Earth’s gravitational pull. Although it had likely been a moon for 3 years before it was discovered, 20 20 CD3 might only orbit Earth until April, before the Sun’s gravity nudges it out of orbit.
