Humans Are a Teeny Fraction of Life on Earth

If you were to measure the mass of all living things on Earth, 80% of that biomass would be plants. Bacteria make up about 15%. Fungi, archea, and protists make up nearly 5%. A fraction of a percent contains all the animals, leaving humans as a miniscule .01% of life on Earth. Let’s all try to respect the other 99.99%!
