The Los Angeles Metro Lost and Found, receives about 1000 lost items per month. Most of the things left behind on buses and trains are to be expected, like phones, sunglasses, or backpacks. But they’ve also recovered blowtorches, bicycles, a surfboard, a 55-inch TV, and a prosthetic leg! How do you forget that?
