April Fools’ Day is over, so let me set the record straight. Some of yesterday’s news was a joke! Nerd-glazed chicken, mattress ponchos, Crunch Lite bars with boiled rice, and grass covered keyboards, don’t really exist. Did I trick you? Look through today’s news, for revenge prank ideas for next year!

Have you ever tried to eat a candy bar in secret, so you don’t have to share? Crunch bar wants to help. They have a new, quieter version, called Crunch Lite. The original version is made with chocolate and crispy rice. Crunch Lite is made with boiled rice instead, for 75% less noise.

Yahoo has created a new keyboard, to help people enjoy the benefits of nature while they’re working on a computer. Their new Agricultural Interface, has 87 hand-placed tufts of turf on the keys. Users can now touch grass and stay grounded, without leaving their desks. It’s also easy on your fingertips!

If school starts too early for you, you might need a City Napper. It’s a wearable mattress-and-quilt combo, shaped like a poncho. Once you get on the school bus, you can relax and get a little more sleep. Just don’t forget to remove it at school, so you don’t doze off in class.

Nerds candy has announced a new taste combo for the spring. Dubbed the candy-coated revolution, you can choose from “Sweet and Crunchy” Nerds-glazed chicken topped with Gummy Clusters, Nerds Gummy Chicken Sandwiches, or Nerds Dipping Sauce to add a Nerdy kick to any food you choose. Which one sounds yummiest to you?

It’s supposed to snow 2 feet today. Just kidding! It’s April Fools’ Day, a day to play good-natured pranks on people. Beware of the filling, in donuts, ha-ha-ha! Today is also Fun Day. It’s fun to be a trickster, but so is playing games, creating art, or building a fort.

Psst. Tomorrow is April Fool’s Day, so have you planned any pranks? Be on the lookout, for salsa-filled donuts, caramel-covered onions, and spinach-enhanced brownies. Can you trick your siblings into believing it snowed, or set all the clocks forward an hour? Always be sure your jokes are harmless and in good fun!

Doing homework on a computer, makes you value backing up your files. Maybe you wrote an essay that didn’t save, or you lost the connection before your homework finished submitting. You could’ve also experienced, losing your phone full of photos. Today, on World Backup Day, save all your digital stuff, just in case.

Yay and hooray, it’s Tater Day! Have some baked potatoes and hash browns and potato dumplings and French fries and potato chips and home fries and sweet potatoes and tater tots and mashed potatoes! Then draw some spuds and color them in with crayons, for Crayon Day. Purple potatoes will be beautiful!

On this day in 1889, the Eiffel Tower, in Paris France, was completed. Celebrate Eiffel Tower Day, by eating French food, or building your own tower out of blocks or pillows. It’s also Bunsen Burner Day. It wouldn’t be a proper laboratory, without a vial of liquid, bubbling over the flame of a Bunsen burner!
