Conrad Duran, a student in New Mexico, rescued 2 chairs from the trash last week, planning to fix them up. He returned home from work, to find they’d been stolen from his garage. Conrad was shocked when the chairs returned a few days later, freshly repainted and reupholstered. He loves his beautiful new chairs!

Another vaccine has been approved in the UK, to fight COVID-19. People around the world, are receiving the vaccinations, starting with healthcare workers and other high-risk individuals. So what happens next? Vaccinated people still need to wear masks to protect others. They could still spread the virus, before their own bodies destroy it.

Old Age Runs in the Family

A family of 12 siblings, has captured the world record for the highest combined age. The youngest sister is 75, while the oldest brother is 97. Added together, the D’Cruz siblings’ age equals nearly 1,043 years! Most live in Canada, with 1 in Switzerland and 1 in the US. They have a video call every day, to keep in touch.

The Strongest and Nacional Potosi teams, were playing a soccer game in Bolivia, when a dog interrupted. Players chased the pooch, who was carrying someone’s soccer shoe, around the field for several minutes, before catching him. The fans nicknamed the stray dog Cachito, and he was later adopted by player Raul Castro.

Exploring Coral Cities of the Deep

After nearly 5 years, the ATLAS project is finished. 45 research expeditions explored 12 locations, deep in the northern Atlantic Ocean. They discovered 12 new species, including fish, moss-like animals, corals, and sponges. The bottom of the ocean is so hard to explore, that we know more about the surface of the Moon, than the deep sea.
