Next weekend in the UK, you can witness the Battle of Waterloo. A giant map will be laid out at the University of Glasgow, for The Great Game: The Battle of Waterloo Replayed. 22,000 miniature soldiers will occupy the nearly 630 square-foot battle map. 120 players will recreate the 1815 battle in Belgium, where Napoleon was finally defeated.

In a completely unrelated incident to the 5-foot long alligator captured in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania recently, another alligator was found on someone’s front porch. This one had escaped when a tree fell on its enclosure, and was safely rescued. In late May, an alligator had been discovered in a Pittsburgh park. Pennsylvania’s the new Florida!
