Whoo-hoo-hoo!, It’s Festival Of Owls Week! Owls come in many sizes, from the 6-inch tall elf owl, to the Blakiston’s fish owl, which has a 6 1/2-foot wingspan! Owls can only look straight ahead, but they can turn their heads so far to either side, that they can see what’s behind them.

Different Forms of Cheese

Get ready for a day full of cheesy snacks. It’s Cheese Doodle Day, celebrating the puffy corn curls, covered in powdered cheese. Keep your orange fingers off the sofa! It’s also Poutine Day, which could be even messier. Poutine is a plate of french fries, covered with squeaky cheese curds, and brown gravy.
