The MinebeaMitsumi company in Japan has created the world’s smallest fidget spinner. At only 5 mm long, it’s perfect for your hamster! They made it using their world’s smallest ball bearings. Imagine dropping that spinner and looking for the pieces! They also created the longest spinning fidget spinner. One spin lasted over 24 minutes!

New Worm Discovered

Japanese scientists have discovered a new species of worm that lives on the seafloor of the Pacific Ocean. The Xenoturbella japonica is an orange sack-like creature with no internal organs. The two inch-long worm also has no butt! It eats and expels waste from the same opening. He’s a real potty-mouth!

Astronauts Blast Off

Will you be traveling over the holidays? So are the astronauts who blasted off yesterday! The Soyuz capsule launched from Kazakhstan carrying Anton Shkaplerov from Russia, Norishige Kanai from Japan and Scott Tingle from the United States. They are headed for the International Space Station orbiting 240 miles above Earth.
