8 Miles of California Coastline Protected
Billionaires Jack and Laura Dangermond donated 165 million dollars to The Nature Conservancy. The donation helped the conservation group purchase 8 miles of California coastline in Santa Barbara County to permanently protect it. The area is home to 39 threatened wildlife species. The Dangermonds want to inspire more people to invest in protecting the planet.
