A dog from Michigan has set a new world record for dock diving. The whippet, named Slingshot, took a running leap and landed in water 35 feet later! He was competing at the North American Diving Dogs Qualifier. He’s only 3 years old, so he might jump even further at the World Finals this winter!

Ray Woolley has a new birthday tradition. Each year, he’s another year older when he goes scuba diving, so each year, he breaks the world record for Oldest Active Male Scuba Diver. The 95 year-old explored the shipwreck Zenobia on his dive. Originally from England, Woolley now lives in Cyprus, where he can dive often.

If you visited Paris France this summer, you may have spotted a Uritrottoir. That’s French for pavement urinal! They’d already installed Sanisettes, which are free self-cleaning toilets, on many street corners. Officials want to discourage wild peeing. Not everyone likes the bright red boxes, but at least the urinals have flowers planted on top!
