They’ll make a record of all life in the lake from biological samples, and compare it to databases with over 100,000 organisms. If the Loch Ness Monster is in there, they should finally find evidence. Even monsters poop!

This weekend, China launched the Queqiao, a satellite that will orbit the moon. It will relay messages from the Chang’e-4, a lunar lander that China plans on sending to the dark side of the moon. It also carried a radio antenna from the Netherlands and 2 microsatellites, named Longjiang 1 and 2. The moon will be well connected!

Scotland’s Highland Wildlife Park has babies! There’s Hamish, the adorable polar bear. 3 fluffy northern rockhopper penguin chicks have hatched. A kangaroo joey finally poked its head out of its momma’s pouch. Binturong twins are running around smelling like popcorn. Pamba the pancake tortoise, a Japanese macaque, a Przewalski foal, and gelada baboon babies are also out!
