Snowman Fights Back

Cody and Lucy Lutz built a 9-foot tall snowman after the recent snowstorm in Kentucky. To make it more stable, they built it around a big tree stump. They found tire tracks leading up to their damaged snowman the next day. Someone tried to run it over, but hit the hidden stump instead. Ha-ha!

Jailhouse Hula

The San Quinten State Prison houses men convicted of crimes, but the inmates have found an unlikely source of inspiration. Many of the prisoners are taking hula classes twice a week! It improves their physical and mental well-being while they are in prison, and helps the dancers appreciate other cultures.

Leopard Spotted in Hotel

In Uttarakhand India, a wild leopard wandered into a hotel unnoticed. Security footage shows the leopard roaming around the lobby for about 15 minutes, before guests spotted it leaving. I guess the leopard wanted a room, but couldn’t find anyone at the registration desk. He’ll probably leave them a bad review!

184 MPH on a Bike?!

How fast can you ride your bike? The world record for fastest speed, riding in a slipstream, is 183.9 miles per hour! Denise Mueller-Korenek had to ride directly behind a dragster, driven by Shea Holbrook. An attachment on the car reduced wind resistance. The 2 women performed the feat at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
