A Huge Win for Youth and the Environment

Yesterday, a court ruled in favor of a group of 16 young people, who were suing the State of Montana. The plaintiffs, who ranged in age from 5 to 22, claimed their rights to a clean environment were being violated, because of state laws surrounding fossil fuel development. They won their case!
