Adding Joy to a Dreary Street

Tash Frootko has been brightening up her hometown, one house at a time. The artist has painted 25 row-houses in Gloucester England, in vibrant colors. The colorful streets are connected by huge wall murals, painted by artists Zoe Power, and Eloise Henderson-Figueroa. The neighborhood, now called Rainbow Square, feels full of new life.
