Balloons in the Wild Cause Problems

A power outage in Ohio that affected 400 customers, was caused by balloons. Foil mylar balloons had been released into the air, and when they touched high voltage wires, the metallic coating caused an explosion. Once helium balloons are let go, they come back down as litter, and animals eat them. Keep your balloons captive!
