An energy company called Quaise, has an ambitious plan. They want to tap into the Earth’s endless supply of heat, by penetrating deep into its crust. Quaise wants to go deeper than drilling, by burning holes using electromagnetic radiation. The 12-mile-deep holes, can then supply clean geothermal energy to more communities.
