Humpback Whales Hanging Out At Vema

Scientist have been recording the sounds of humpback whales, at the Vema Seamount near South Africa. They heard 600 different calls over 11 days, including at least one, they’d never heard before. The variety of calls, shows the area is an important migration stop. That could help protect the area around the underwater mountain.
