Never Take a Turtle Home for a Pet

If you ever want to help a turtle cross a road, pick them up and move them to the other side, in the direction they were going. Take injured turtles to a wildlife rescue, and tell rescuers exactly where you picked them up. Turtles stay close to their nest for their entire life!
