New Frog Species in Costa Rica

Donald Valera Soto, who lives in Costa Rica, created the Tapir Valley Nature Reserve. He kept hearing a mysterious sound, and finally found the source after 6 months. It was a new species of frog. The tiny Tapir Valley tree frog has blue armpits, red spots, and a yellow stripe on its back.
