A Canada goose at a wildlife center, needed surgery on his foot. As staff were about to operate on Arnold, they heard tapping on the glass door. Arnold’s mate had tracked him down, and was worried about him. The clinic staff let her watch the operation from the doorway, and visit during his recovery.
