Rocket the Red Panda Gets 3 New Friends

The Smithsonian’s National Zoo, welcomed 3 new red pandas, to its Virginia location. Scarlet, Xena, and Taizong, will join Rocket in the Species Survival Plan. They’ll help scientists learn about red panda health and breeding patterns, as well as how climate change, affects their endangered relatives in Nepal, India, and China.
