Superworm Recycling Center

Styrofoam might make good packing material, but it’s hard to recycle. Most of it ends up in landfills, or floating in the ocean. Scientists have discovered superworms, which look like giant mealworms, like to eat styrofoam. They’re studying how superworms digest it, to develop a bio-recycling center, using bacterial enzymes resembling those in worms.
