A high school physics teacher in Kenya, is giving new life to old laptop batteries. Paul Waweru collects enough of them to make a battery pack, then replaces the gas-powered engines in motorized scooters and bicycles. The electric vehicles cut down on air pollution, save money, and keep old electronics from going to waste.
