Therizinosaur Scissorhands

A fossil found in Japan, is from a newly described species, called Paralitherizinosaurus japonicus. Researchers believe the dinosaur, which was a type of therizinosaur, had claws like swords. Instead of attacking prey, its finger-knives were used to slash vegetation, to find good plants to eat. It grew to 30-feet-long, and walked on 2 legs.
