As restaurants reopen, they’re trying to keep space between tables for safety. In order to make the restaurants seem less empty, a few are using dummies to fill up space. The Inn at Little Washington, in Virginia, has mannequins dressed in 19 40’s style clothes, while Open Hearth in South Carolina is using inflatable people.
