Every day, there are plant and animal species that go extinct forever. But sometimes, new species are also discovered. In 20 22, 146 new plants and animals were recorded. Researchers found previously unknown species of lizards, ants, sea creatures, and spiders, just to name a few. That’s great news for the planet.
