Working and Living Under the Sea

The Earth’s vast oceans are largely unexplored. In fact, more people have walked on the moon, than have been to the deepest part of the the sea. Fabien Cousteau is hoping to build the International Space Station of the oceans, called Proteus. Underwater researchers would have a house, at the bottom of the sea!
