In 2018, a flying duck triggered a speed camera in Switzerland. The duck was going 32 in a 12 miles-per-hour zone. Exactly 7 years later to the day, the same camera captured another duck whizzing past at the same speed. Officials can’t be sure, but it could be the same duck, trolling law enforcement.

A group of students at Purdue University, designed a puzzle-solving robot, named Purdue-bik’s Cube. Their robot set a new world record for robots, by solving a Rubik’s cube in 103 milliseconds. In comparison, it takes about 200 to 300 milliseconds to blink your eyes. Before you realize it’s moving, it’s done.

17-year-old Maya Merhige is on a mission, to swim the Oceans Seven, which are the most difficult open-water swims in the world. She has crossed the English Channel, the Catalina Channel near California, and Hawaii’s Moloka’i Channel. Her latest accomplishment was swimming New Zealand’s Cook Strait, while getting stung by jellyfish for 14 hours.
