Paleontologists knew Megalodon was big. The giant prehistoric shark was 52 feet long, with 7-inch-long teeth. They were finally able to calculate the size of Megalodon’s other body parts, as well. Its huge head measured 15 feet, and its dorsal fin, slicing through the water’s surface, would have stood as tall as a man!
