Tyler Heep had only won 1 dollar on his scratch-off lottery ticket, but he wanted to celebrate. He went to the state lottery headquarters, to see if they’d give him his winnings on a giant check. They played along, treating him like a big jackpot winner! A local store is framing his check, no charge!

Paramedics in China, got a little help from a devoted dog. They had received a call about a man who’d collapsed in an alleyway, and were making their way through the maze of alleys, when a dog ran into their path. The golden retriever was leading them directly to his human! Good Doggie!

The Elkmont Trackless Train Half-Marathon, in Canada, had a last-minute race entry: Ludivine the Bloodhound! When the dog was let out to relieve herself, she crawled under the garden fence to the start-line, and joined the race. Despite stopping to smell a dead rabbit, play with cows, and swim, Ludivine finished in 7th place!

Did you remember to watch the lunar eclipse this past weekend? A couple in Florida remembered, but forgot about the waves. As they watched the eclipse from their SUV on the beach, the high tide rolled in, and pulled the vehicle into the ocean! They escaped safely, but their car may be ruined. Oops!

Skiers and snowboarders at Breckinridge Ski Resort, in Colorado, got a bit of a scare. A bull moose wandered onto a ski run, and people stopped to watch him. Suddenly, he charged at some of the onlookers! Luckily they were able to ski away quickly, and learn a lesson. Never mess with a moose!
