Whether you call it Marching Band Day or Marching Music Day, March 4th is the perfect day to march forth! Today is the United Nations’ World Wildlife Day. This year’s theme, is Medicinal and Aromatic Plants: Conserving Health, Heritage and Livelihoods. Protecting endangered species, including plants, promotes biodiversity and helps the planet survive harsh weather. Plants are also ingredients in many medicines, and create jobs for humans.
