Rats Get a Private Tour

The California Science Center is closed to the public, like many other museums around the world. Employees decided to give the resident rats a chance to see the exhibits. Some rats used exercise balls, while others hitched a ride on humans. They loved looking at the Kelp Forest!

Should She Name the Baby Charmin?

A pregnant woman in Missouri, went into labor, while she was shopping for supplies in Walmart. Another customer who was a nurse, helped her give birth to her baby right there, in the toilet paper aisle! Since everyone’s sold out of toilet paper, it was probably the emptiest spot in the store.

Have you heard of tottwaffles? Ada Powers makes them, by thawing out a bag of frozen tater tots, then cooking them in a waffle iron. Bounce Bouncy Bounce

13-year-old Zaila Avant-Garde, is a star on her school’s basketball team in New Orleans Louisiana. She’s also a world record holder! She’s a ball-handling master, able to dribble 4 balls at the same time. Her record-breaking feat, was bounce-juggling 3 basketballs 231 times, in 1 minute! Zaila hopes to play professional basketball in the WNBA someday.

High-Tech Solution

The NASA Insight lander is exploring the surface of Mars. It was using a digging probe, nicknamed mole, to burrow through the clumpy soil, when the mole got stuck. NASA solved the problem, by telling Insight to hit itself. It used a robotic arm to whack the mole, and successfully unstuck it.
